When you place your order, we begin preparing your items as quickly as possible. The order preparation time is 24-72 hours.

We deliver free shipping for purchases over 35 to mainland Portugal..

Average Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time for mainland Portugal is 1-2 business days after dispatch. In the case of Madeira and Azores Islands, it takes 5 to 7 working days after shipping. These deadlines are indicative and may be extended depending on transport limitations.

Who makes deliveries?

All deliveries are made through the carrier Correos (Mainland Portugal) and/or CTT (Mainland Portugal and the Azores and Madeira archipelagos).

Can I pick up my order at a PickUp Point?

Not at the moment. When delivery to the address is not successful, you can go to the CTT Store with the Delivery Notice itself and an official identification document, preferably an Identity Card or Citizen Card.

Order Fulfillment

We ship daily from Monday to Friday. Occasionally, orders may not ship the next day due to stock issues, missing order information, or billing delays. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday or the next business day.

Despite our best efforts, the delivery time to you may extend up to a maximum of 5 days, as facts and eventualities beyond Casca Rija's control may occur that cause longer delays and are beyond our responsibilities.

When you order multiple products, the orders may come from different warehouses. In this case, you may receive your products in different packages and at different times.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Casca Rija is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete filling in of the destination address for orders placed in the store. If incorrect filling occurs, as per the carrier's rules, the package will be returned to the sender, requiring payment for new transportation to resend the order.

Absent Recipient

Make sure there will be someone at the address to receive your products. The carrier may make up to two attempts to deliver the products. If there is no one at the address to receive the order in any of the attempts, the package will be returned to the sender and, in this case, it will be necessary to pay for new transport to resend the order.
All details related to delivery attempts are recorded in the tracking number, which can be tracked on the carrier's website, using the tracking number code provided by Casca Rija.
