For almond lovers we decided to create the Almond Butter with Praline, to which we give Decadent Almond. An indulgent almond cream, the result of adding small crunchy pieces of almond caramel and pink Himalayan salt.
Once again the journey begins with the roasting of skinless almonds that come from the Iberian Peninsula. An important step to guarantee a delicious final flavor.
Selecting the almonds after they are cold is the second process. It is carried out manually by the team and remains a non-negotiable commitment on our part to guarantee quality.
Transforming the almonds into a creamy, silky butter is the third essential step. Right after this process, we give our almond butter another special touch by adding spices (cinnamon and ginger). The gentle sweetness of cinnamon and the spicy touch of ginger create a lightly aromatic butter.
Finally, we incorporate generous pieces of almond praline into the cream. The result A Almond Butter with Praline from the Casca Rija, better known as Decadent Almond, is a true experience for almond butter lovers who like intense textures and flavors.

This process is called phase separation, that is, the separation between the dry fruit (solid content and heaviest) and the oil of the respective dried fruit (liquid and lighter). To achieve a better emulsion of the contents of the packaging before any use, we recommend stirring the contents well. Furthermore, you can turn the jar from top to bottom and vice versa frequently, as this way the contents inside will be better emulsified and will not form solid butter at the bottom of the jar as easily.
