We offer free shipping on purchases over 39,99€ for mainland Portugal. The average delivery time is 1-2 business days after the order is collected from our facilities. Under 40€, shipping costs 6€.
We offer free shipping on purchases over 49,99€ to the Azores and Madeira archipelagos. Average delivery time to the main islands after the order is collected from our facilities is 5 to 10 calendar days and to the remaining islands between 7 to 12 calendar days. Under 49,99€, shipping costs 14,95€.
Deliveries in Spain
We offer free shipping on purchases over 45€ for mainland Spain. The average delivery time is 1-3 business days after the order is collected from our facilities. Under 45€, shipping costs 6€.
We offer free shipping on purchases over 45€ for the Balearic and Canary Islands above 59,90€. The average delivery time is 1-3 business days after the order is collected from our facilities. Under 59,90€, shipping costs 9,90€.
Deliveries in France, Germany, Italy, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Denmark and Ireland
We offer free shipping on purchases over 60€ to France, Germany, Italy, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Denmark and Ireland. The average delivery time after the order is collected from our facilities is 3 to 7 business days, depending on the delivery country. Under 60€, shipping costs 9,90€.

Who makes the deliveries?
All deliveries to mainland Portugal are via CTT or Correos Express. All deliveries to the Azores and Madeira archipelagos are via CTT. All deliveries to mainland Spain are via Correos Express. All deliveries to the Balearic and Canary Islands are via TNT. All deliveries to France, Germany, Italy, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Denmark and Ireland are via TNT.
Can I pick up my order at a PickUp Point?
You can select the pickup point for delivery after completing your order for deliveries in mainland Portugal. When delivery to the address is unsuccessful after the second attempt, you may go to the CTT Shop or Pickup Point with the Delivery Notice itself and an official ID document, preferably a Citizen Card or Identity Card.
Order Fulfilment
We ship daily from Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday or the next business day.
Despite our best efforts, the delivery time to you may be extended, as circumstances beyond Casca Rija's control may occur that cause greater delays and are beyond our responsibility.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Casca Rija is not responsible for the incorrect or incomplete filling in of the destination address for placed orders. If this happens, according to the carrier's policy, the package will be returned to the sender, and payment for new shipping will be required to resend the order.
Recipient Absent
Make sure there will be someone at the address to receive your order. The carrier may make up to two delivery attempts. If no one is at the address on either attempt, the order will be delivered to the nearest CTT shop or Pickup Point.
All details related to delivery attempts are recorded in the tracking number, which can be followed on the carrier's website using the tracking number code provided by Casca Rija.
