Kombucha is an ancient drink known in China as the "elixir of immortality". Gusty Captain Kombuchas are 100% authentic because they use a natural fermentation process, with SCOBY – live culture of bacteria and yeast.
The new Zero Sugar line is also made in the traditional way, using only 100% natural and organic ingredients. In fact, we use the same ingredients as our traditional kombucha line. The difference is that Zero Kombucha undergoes a longer fermentation process, until all the sugar has been broken down, leaving... zero sugars.
At the end of fermentation, we add the natural flavors.

Organic kombucha (filtered water, organic cane sugar*, organic green tea 0.4%, organic stevia leaves, kombucha cultures), “Bacillus coagulans”; natural ginger flavor 0.18%, natural lemon flavor 0.14%. *All sugar is eliminated during fermentation.
