At GUTsy Captain we use green tea and cane sugar in the production of Kombucha. All ingredients are 100% Natural and Organic.
During the fermentation process, sugar is reduced by the SCOBY and enzymes and antioxidants are produced. At the end of the fermentation process, we add natural flavors.
