How cashback works and its conditions
The base is eligible products after discounts, including the actual VAT applicable to each item. Shipping and purchased gift cards are excluded. The tier is selected before credit is applied; the credit-funded portion is deducted from the base earning new cashback.
5% above €55; 7.5% above €100; 10% above €200 in eligible products. Strict thresholds: €55.01, €100.01 and €200.01 in EUR. Rounded to the nearest cent, with half a cent rounded up.
The new programme covers eligible purchases after its actual activation, not earlier purchases through this interface. Payment must be confirmed and issuance completed before credit is available. A cart forecast is neither a balance nor confirmation of issuance.
Available credit can be used on a subsequent EUR purchase through native Shopify payment, signed in to new customer accounts or Shop Pay. The balance must match the purchase currency. Native payment does not let you freely choose a partial credit amount.
Cancellations, returns and refunds require reconciliation of cashback against the eligible purchase. This interface does not change return policies, remove existing rights or automatically deduct amounts from refunds or payment cards. Contact the store with questions.
