Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter 1 kg
Casca Rija dark chocolate peanut butter is the perfect combination of peanut butter and the intensity of dark chocolate with 70% cocoa!
1st - As with all our nut butters, the production process begins with roasting, an important stage in which all the peanuts are roasted naturally, without adding oils, salt, sugar or any other ingredients, until they reach the ideal point.
2nd - Selecting the naturally roasted peanuts as soon as they have cooled is the second stage of production. Every peanut is selected by hand, allowing us to discard any that are not in perfect condition. This process ensures the quality for which we are known.
3rd - The third stage of production is grinding the peanuts, resulting in a velvety, silky spread that gives our peanut butter its characteristic creaminess.
4th – The secret is in the finishing touch. After flavouring the spread with exotic spices (ground Ceylon cinnamon and ground dried ginger), dark chocolate with 70% cocoa is added.
The intensity of the cocoa combined with aromatic peanut butter makes this dark chocolate peanut butter irresistible to lovers of chocolate and peanut butter!
