We decided to enhance our almond butter by adding texture with small pieces of roasted almonds. The result: crunchy almond butter! 1st - The journey begins with roasting, an important process where skinless almonds are naturally roasted, with no added oils, salt, sugar, or any other ingredients, until they reach the perfect point. 2nd – The selection of roasted almonds is another crucial step. Once cooled, they are selected by hand. This process, present in every Casca Rija production, ensures the quality of the final result. 3rd - After the previous steps, carried out with the necessary care, the almonds are transformed into a silky-textured cream. 4th - The final touch is one of our revealed secrets: the careful incorporation of exotic spices. The smoothness and sweetness of powdered Ceylon cinnamon and the slightly spicy intensity of powdered dehydrated ginger blend into the silky almond cream. 5th - Finally, we add a generous amount of roasted almond pieces to the almond butter, resulting in a delicious crunchy almond butter full of textures.
