Cashew Butter 1 kg
Casca Rija roasted cashews are one of the products most sought after by our customers, so it made sense to create a cashew butter with a flavour worthy of our brand.
Whatever nut inspires a Casca Rija butter, the production process remains the same and the steps are simple: roasting, selection, grinding and flavouring. Simple procedures, while always meeting the requirements of each one.
1 - Nothing changes for the cashew butter. We begin the production process with roasting, a very important stage carried out without additives, oils, sugars or salt. The cashews are gently roasted naturally until they reach the perfect roast.
2 - Once cooled, the cashews are carefully selected. A thorough manual selection removes any that are not in the best condition, as they could alter the intended final flavour.
3 - The third production stage transforms the roasted cashews into a velvety butter with a creamy consistency.
As with almost all other Casca Rija nut butters, the finishing touch is a little ground Ceylon cinnamon and ground dried ginger. These exotic spices have become a Casca Rija signature. The smoothness and sweetness of the ground Ceylon cinnamon and the slightly spicy intensity of the ground dried ginger create an aromatic result without ever overpowering the cashew flavour. The result is an aromatic, silky butter that reveals the unique flavour of our cashew butter in every spoonful.
And then, when you least expect it, Casca Rija cashew butter emerges: a delicious butter with an unmistakable flavour that is sure to exceed the expectations of every lover of this wonderful nut.
