In the relentless pursuit of the perfect balance between flavor and texture... this is how our pistachio butter was born! Each jar is the reflection of a meticulous process that transforms carefully selected pistachios into a truly extraordinary pistachio butter. 1st – It all starts with roasting, an essential step that defines the aromatic profile of the butter. Without any addition of oils, sugars, salt, or preservatives, the pistachios are slowly roasted naturally until they release their full aroma and reach the ideal texture. 2nd – After cooling, manual selection begins: nut by nut, only the pistachios in the best condition are chosen. Only the highest quality ones proceed to the next phase. 3rd – The pistachios are then ground at high speed, resulting in a butter with a creamy texture and an intense, velvety, and naturally sweet flavor. But the secret lies in the final touch: Ceylon cinnamon powder and dehydrated ginger powder, added in just the right amount to enhance the pistachio flavor without overpowering it. The Ceylon cinnamon offers a warm and gently sweet aroma, while the ginger brings a spicy and invigorating note that awakens the palate. The result? An elegant, aromatic, and silky cream that highlights the authentic pistachio flavor in every spoonful.
