Each jar tells the story of a meticulous production process that transforms simple peanuts into exceptional peanut butter. 1st - The journey begins with roasting, a crucial stage in the entire production. Without the use of additives, oils, sugar, or salt, the peanuts are carefully roasted naturally until they reach the perfect point. 2nd - After cooling, the peanuts are selected! Through careful manual selection, peanuts that are not in the best condition are discarded. 3rd - The third stage of production is processing the peanuts at high speed, resulting in a velvety peanut butter with a very creamy consistency. But the secret lies in the final touch: adding spices (Ceylon cinnamon powder and dehydrated ginger powder) in just the right amount so as not to overpower the unique flavor of the peanut. These exotic spices are the trademark of Casca Rija. The Ceylon cinnamon powder provides a touch of delicate sweetness, while the dehydrated ginger powder adds a hint of spice that awakens the palate. The result is an aromatic and silky cream, showcasing the unique flavor of our peanut butter in every spoonful.
