We decided to enhance our almond butter by adding texture with small pieces of roasted almonds. The result: crunchy almond butter!
1 - The journey begins with roasting, an important process in which skinless almonds are naturally roasted, without added oils, salt, sugar or any other ingredients, until they reach the ideal point.
2 – Selecting the roasted almonds is another crucial step. Once cooled, they are selected by hand. This process, used across all Casca Rija production, ensures the quality of the final result.
3 - After the previous steps, carried out with the necessary care, the almonds are transformed into a silky-textured butter.
4 - The finishing touch is one of our revealed secrets: incorporating just the right amount of exotic spices. The smoothness and sweetness of ground Ceylon cinnamon and the gently spicy intensity of dried ginger powder come together with the silky almond butter.
5 - Finally, we add a generous amount of roasted almond pieces to the almond butter, resulting in a delicious crunchy almond butter full of texture.
