Pistachio Butter 500 g
Our tireless search for the perfect balance of flavour and texture led to the creation of our pistachio butter!
Each jar is the result of a meticulous process that transforms carefully selected pistachios into a truly exceptional pistachio butter.
1st – It all begins with roasting, an essential stage that defines the butter’s aromatic profile. With no added oils, sugars, salt or preservatives, the pistachios are slowly and naturally roasted until they release their full aroma and reach the ideal texture.
2nd – Once cooled, they are selected by hand: each pistachio is checked individually, and only those in the best condition are chosen. Only the finest-quality pistachios move on to the next stage.
3rd – The pistachios are then ground at high speed, producing a butter with a creamy texture and an intense, velvety and naturally sweet flavour.
The secret lies in the finishing touch: ground Ceylon cinnamon and ground dried ginger, added in just the right amounts to enhance the pistachio flavour without overpowering it. Ceylon cinnamon provides a warm, gently sweet aroma, while ginger adds a lively, spicy note that awakens the palate.
The result is an elegant, aromatic and silky butter that brings out the authentic taste of pistachio in every spoonful.
